The recipe was written by Adek many yrs ago. When life was full with Ibuk laughter and love. Adek text me and said the recipe is  on the 1st page! That's how much she loves the dish n how fantastic Ibuk Asam Pedas Daging was. May Allah bless Ibuk with Jannah, Ameen. Now that ayah is staying with me, I felt like cooking something of Ibuks. Thot Lovey was not a fan of Asam Pedas but he still ok with the dish. And ayah gave me a compliment saying "kalau ibuk masih ada, masakkan dia pun rasa macam gini". Subhanallah. .. syukur Ya Allah. Terima kasih Ya Allah. . Terubat rindu pada Ibuk ..

Coming home today to an empty house. Funny thing, I feel so at ease. Feel like old times, just us in our private space. No pressure at all.. Yet, reality is.. ayah went out alone for his doc checkup. I *uckedup ayah's doc appt. Forgot that he supposed to go for ultrasound last wk. Boohoo.. im so disorganized!! On another note, sitting in majlis I extremely bless. Alhamdulillah
